The WP9025 is a next generation highly integrated, single chip wireless power tri-mode operation (WPC/PMA/A4WP) receiver IC (Rx). The WP9025 can be configured to receive AC power signal through magnetic induction (MI) or magnetic resonance (MR). As a receiver, the WP9025 uses magnetic inductive charging technology converts an induced AC power signal on a resonant tank to a programmable regulated DC power. A high- performance low RDS synchronous rectifier support the WP9025 receives the power up to 55W with highly efficiency in applications of cellphones and handset, etc.
The WP9025 includes an industry-leading 32-bit ARM® Cortex®- M0 processor offering a high level of programmability. In addition, the WP9025 features a programmable current limit and a smart protection scheme eliminating OCP/OVP/OTP fault conditions for extreme safe solutions during operation. The WP9025 also has many multifunctionally general purpose Input/output (GPIO) pins to indicate operating and fault modes.
In addition, the WP9025 also has a pair of programmable D+/D- signals to achieve BC1.2, QC, AFC, etc. communication protocols. The WP9025 is available in small 63-WLCSP package.
